1. LOTUX is a tool, not an advisor

LOTUX is a software-as-a-service automation tool that executes trading decisions on your behalf based on signals you or a source you choose provide. LOTUX does not predict markets, does not generate signals, does not provide investment advice, and does not guarantee profits. All trading decisions are yours.

2. Trading risk

Trading forex, CFDs, futures, cryptocurrencies, commodities, indices, stocks, or any leveraged financial instrument is high-risk. Risks include but are not limited to:

• Capital loss: you can lose all money deposited with your broker, and in some cases more if your broker offers negative-balance protection waivers
• Leverage: amplifies gains and losses; small market moves can wipe out accounts
• Volatility: markets can move rapidly, especially around news events, creating slippage and gapping through your stops
• Liquidity: in illiquid conditions, orders may be partially filled or filled at worse-than-expected prices
• Overnight and weekend risk: markets close and reopen; positions may gap against you
• Counterparty risk: your broker or exchange may fail, freeze withdrawals, or go bankrupt

3. No profit guarantees

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Backtests, forward tests, demo results, and third-party performance claims are not reliable predictors. LOTUX does not endorse or verify the performance of any signal source, strategy, trader, or third-party EA you connect.

4. Signal-source risk

When you connect an external signal source (TradingView alert, Telegram channel, webhook from any third party, master trading account, or another automation service), you are delegating execution decisions to that source. LOTUX does not evaluate whether those signals are suitable, profitable, or legitimate. You are responsible for:

• Verifying the identity and track record of any signal provider
• Understanding the strategy before activating it
• Confirming the provider has the right to share signals with you
• Pausing or disconnecting if the source behaves unexpectedly

5. Prop-firm rules are your responsibility

If you use LOTUX with a proprietary trading firm (FTMO, MyForexFunds, E8, TopStep, FundedNext, or any other firm), you remain solely responsible for following that firm's rules — including but not limited to daily loss limits, maximum drawdown, news-trading rules, weekend-holding restrictions, consistency requirements, scaling rules, and allowed instruments.

LOTUX provides risk-control features (stop loss, daily loss cap, position sizing) as convenience tools. They do not replace your duty to understand and comply with your prop firm's specific rules. A rule violation can result in account disqualification and loss of challenge fees or profits — this is not LOTUX's responsibility.

6. Technology risk

The Service depends on many systems outside LOTUX's control, including:

• Your broker's platform, servers, and liquidity providers
• MetaTrader 5, cTrader, or other trading terminals
• Your own internet connection and hardware
• Third-party signal sources (TradingView, Telegram, n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Payment processors, email providers, and cloud infrastructure

Network outages, broker disconnections, terminal crashes, latency spikes, clock skew, and force-majeure events can cause missed signals, delayed execution, duplicated orders, or failed orders. LOTUX does not guarantee execution speed, success, or outcome.

7. Not financial advice

Nothing on the LOTUX website, app, documentation, marketing materials, or support channels constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. LOTUX does not know your financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making trading or investment decisions.

8. Regulatory notice

LOTUX is a software tool. It is not regulated as a broker, exchange, advisor, or money manager. The legality of using LOTUX and of trading the instruments you access depends on your jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that your use is lawful in your country of residence and any country where you operate.

9. Acknowledgment

By creating an account or using LOTUX, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this Risk Disclaimer
• You understand trading carries risk of total loss
• You are trading with capital you can afford to lose
• You are making your own informed decisions
• You are not relying on LOTUX for advice
• You accept full responsibility for the outcomes of your trading
