End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (the "EULA") is a legal agreement between you and LOTUX governing your installation and use of LOTUX client software, including the LOTUX Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 (the "EA"), the LOTUX cBot for cTrader, and any downloadable client packages distributed via lotux.io(collectively, the "Software").

By installing or running the Software you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or run the Software. This EULA is part of LOTUX's overall terms; see also our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer, and Refund Policy.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, LOTUX grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Software on trading terminals that you own or are authorized to operate, solely for the purpose of connecting to the LOTUX Service.

2. License key

• The Software requires a license key to activate. The key is bound to your LOTUX user account and to the trading-account slot it was issued for.
• A license key is valid only while your LOTUX subscription for that trading account is in good standing (active, trialing, past_due, or grace status).
• You may rotate a license key from your LOTUX dashboard if you believe it has been compromised. Rotating invalidates the previous key immediately.
• You may not share license keys, attempt to reuse a key on a different LOTUX account, or extract or republish key-validation logic.

3. Free Master EA bonus

Every paid trading account receives a free, copy-only Master EA license (1 per user). This Master EA is licensed under the same terms as the standard Software, with these additions:

• It may be used to broadcast trades to your own slave accounts only.
• It may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed.
• The Master EA license terminates if your associated paid subscription is cancelled or expires.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Software
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software
• Remove, alter, or obscure any LOTUX trademark, copyright notice, or license notice
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially distribute the Software
• Use the Software to attack, probe, or harm LOTUX infrastructure or any third party
• Use the Software to violate any law, broker rule, exchange rule, or third-party trading firm rule that applies to your account
• Use the Software in a manner that violates the Terms of Service

5. Updates

LOTUX may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at any time. Updates may be required to maintain compatibility with the LOTUX Service. We may discontinue support for older versions with reasonable notice. The license grant in §1 extends to all updates LOTUX provides to you under your active subscription.

6. Telemetry and diagnostics

The Software communicates with the LOTUX Service over secure connections (WebSocket and HTTPS) to receive execution commands, transmit account state, and exchange diagnostic signals (heartbeat, version, connection health). This is essential to operation. Data collected is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party software

The Software runs inside third-party trading terminals (MetaTrader 5 published by MetaQuotes; cTrader published by Spotware Systems) and depends on those terminals to function. Your use of MetaTrader 5 or cTrader is subject to those vendors' own licenses. LOTUX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MetaQuotes or Spotware Systems.

8. Open-source components

The Software may incorporate open-source libraries distributed under their respective licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD, ISC, and similar permissive licenses). Notices and attributions for those libraries are available on request from legal@lotux.io.

9. Intellectual property

The Software is licensed, not sold. LOTUX retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license explicitly described in §1 and §3.

10. Termination

• This EULA terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms, if your LOTUX subscription for the trading account expires, or if you delete your LOTUX account.
• Upon termination you must stop using the Software and remove it from your trading terminal. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, liability limits) continue to apply.
• LOTUX may revoke a specific license key without affecting your other licenses if that key is being used in violation of this EULA.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. LOTUX does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of vulnerabilities, or compatible with every broker, platform configuration, or market condition. 12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOTUX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, including trading losses, missed profits, broker disconnections, or platform actions. Our aggregate liability under this EULA is bounded by the limitation in §14 of the Terms of Service.

13. Export controls and sanctions

The Software may be subject to export control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or territory subject to a comprehensive embargo by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other relevant authority, and that you are not on any restricted- party list.

14. Governing law and disputes

This EULA is governed by the same governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions as the Terms of Service (§18 of those Terms).

15. Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Software after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
