This page explains who may use LOTUX ("LOTUX", "we", "us", or "our") and the eligibility statement you confirm when you complete your account.
1. LOTUX is a software tool
LOTUX is a software-as-a-service automation tool. It connects signal sources you choose (such as TradingView alerts, external webhooks, and master trading accounts) to execution platforms that you own (MetaTrader 5, cTrader). LOTUX is not a broker, is not a financial advisor, is not a trading signal provider, and does not provide investment advice. See our Terms of Service and Risk Disclaimer.
2. We do not solicit or serve US persons
LOTUX does not market to, solicit, or knowingly provide the Service to US persons. We do not offer brokerage, do not handle customer funds, and our subscription is for software access only — not for any broker introduction or rebate. Because of the regulatory framework that applies to US persons, the Service is not made available to them.
A "US person" includes, among others, a US citizen or resident, a US-domiciled entity, or a person physically located in the United States or its territories at the time of use.
3. Your self-attestation
When you complete your account, you confirm that you are not a US person and are not accessing the Service from the United States. You also confirm you are at least 18 years old and that using LOTUX and your underlying trading activity is lawful where you reside. We record this confirmation (with the date and version of this page) as part of your account.
We rely on this self-attestation rather than blocking by network location. If your status changes, you must stop using the Service.
