Annual-plan subscribers pay 12 months upfront; commission is paid once on the annual payment. Monthly subscribers generate monthly commission for as long as they stay subscribed. Commission is calculated as the applicable rate multiplied by the amount charged after discounts on that payment.

Common questions
When do I get paid?
Commission becomes payable 30 days after the referral's payment clears (refund window). You can request payout once your balance crosses $50. Manual review by our team; typically processed within 5 business days.
What counts as a successful referral?
When someone signs up via your share-link OR enters your code at /register, and then converts to a paid Basic or Pro subscription within 30 days, every payment they make earns 5% (Basic) or 15% (Pro). Free trial signups alone do not generate commission.
What amount is my commission calculated on?
Your commission is calculated as the applicable rate (5% Basic / 15% Pro, or a custom rate if assigned) multiplied by the amount Lotux charges your referral on each payment — after any discounts on that payment. The rates shown on this page assume the standard tier rates.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are blocked at attribution time. We also detect cross-account self-deals (same canonical email, same payout method, same device) at commission earn-time and flag them for manual review.
What happens on refund or chargeback?
If the referral refunds within 30 days, the commission is voided (clawback). If they cancel after 30 days, past commissions are kept; no future commissions earned. More than 2 chargebacks in 30 days flags your affiliate account for review.
Which payout methods are supported?
Wise, Payoneer, direct bank transfer, or USDT (TRC-20). 1% processing fee applies to cash payouts. Credit conversion to Lotux account (+20% bonus, 24-month expiry) available at any balance.
